1. Services
Event Care Sitters provides on-site childcare services for events such as weddings, parties, and corporate functions.
2. Bookings & Payments
A booking is confirmed only after payment or deposit is received
Full payment must be completed before the event date unless otherwise agreed
Prices may vary depending on event size, duration, and requirements
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event
Deposits may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise
Refunds are subject to review and company discretion
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate event details
Ensure a safe and appropriate environment for childcare
Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs
5. Liability
Event Care Sitters takes all reasonable precautions to ensure child safety
However, we are not liable for unforeseen incidents beyond our control
Clients agree to release us from liability except in cases of proven negligence
6. Staff & Conduct
All sitters are screened and trained
We reserve the right to replace staff if necessary
Inappropriate or unsafe behavior at the event may result in service termination
7. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, branding) is owned by Event Care Sitters and may not be used without permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Atlanta.
